1. Congratulations to Seniors Ryan Dick and Caleb Bailey for their straight set victory in yesterday’s match against Canandaigua Academy. Good luck to the tennis team in today’s math against Eastridge. [email protected] 5/14 

2. Students, May is mental health awareness month. Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our wellbeing. Even 10 minutes of walking or basic exercise can increase energy and positive mood. Regular exercise can increase self-esteem while reducing stress and anxiety. This weekend, try to find something to do for fitness and see if you notice the results! [email protected] 5/14

Our Unified bowling team finished in First Place for Section V West Division beating all other districts in our region! Congratulations & WAY TO GO SAINTS!! [email protected]  5/18

4. Attention Juniors, the Junior Prom is almost here, go to your classroom page for the Junior class to see some important information about the event. This will be the first class event of the year so let’s make it a Class of 2022 celebration. [email protected] 5/18

5. Attention all Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors: 
Are you a leader?  Do you want to make important decisions about class events next year?  If you answered yes to these questions, then class council is right for you.  Go to your classroom page for your graduating class and see what it is all about.  Information to run for a class council position is posted.  All interested must respond by next Tuesday.  Next year we want to bring back the fun here at Churchville. 6. The wrestling program will have open mats on Monday and Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm in Gym B of the HS. There is no cost & open to all grades. 7. Attention writers and artists: The literary magazine, Citron, is seeking a few more submissions for our spring publication. If you like writing poems, short stories, plays, or song lyrics and you would like to see your writing published in the literary magazine, send your submission to Mrs. Courtney at [email protected] We are also looking for artwork to include in our publication. 8. It’s time for all seniors to fill out their senior survey. This is a mandatory survey that must be filled out in order to have your final transcript sent to the college you’re attending and to receive your cap and gown. For instructions on how to fill it out, please go to your Senior Google Classroom. [email protected] 5/18 

9. Seniors! A reminder that caps, gowns, and tassels for graduation will be distributed on Wednesday, June 9t at our senior day event, along with stoles for our various national honors societies. Payment for cap and gowns will be due on June 9th with a check made payable to CCCSD. If you are a parent/guardian of a senior who would like to check on the status of your child’s cap and gown order, an updated Cap & Gown Order list has been posted on the Class of 2021 Google Classroom page, at the top of the “classwork” page under the title “Senior Events, Updates & Information.” The list has also been posted outside room 1318 in the SHS.
