MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS EMAIL UPDATE:
We are excited to inform you that we have re-established our eNews function with the eSchoolView product, BrightArrow. All users will need to re-register in this new system. This will allow you the flexibility to edit and update your own alert subscriptions and contact information. Please follow this link to the BrightArrow Portal Login
and select “Register New User.” You will be asked to input any email addresses or cell phone numbers where you would like to receive alerts and updates, and select each group from whom you would like to receive messages. Please note that building-level information and/or daily announcements will be sent from your building’s General Info Alerts list. You will use this same BrightArrow link anytime you want to make changes to your contact information or subscriptions. This link is also posted on our district website under Subscribe to eNews. Please note that if you do opt to receive text messages they will come from a phone number you do not recognize. Each message will begin by stating which group or building is texting you. In addition, text messages from each group in our system will come from the same phone number. Please keep this in mind when saving the number to your contacts. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our communication tools. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
