Continuing Education is again offering the "Home Alone – Being Safe" course on Monday, June 24th. This Red Cross Safety Training course will teach you the basics of being protected. Participants will learn tips on how to answer the phone, what to do if a stranger is at the door or if there is a power outage, basic first aid, and much more. A $5 supply fee will be collected by the instructor at the start of class for the reference book that students can keep. Registration is required. Attention Parents & Students: Yearbooks will be distributed on Tuesday, June 18th for those who pre-ordered. If you didn’t pre-order a yearbook you can still purchase one between June 18th and June 21st in your house office. You will need to bring $35 cash (exact change please) to your house office during one of these days in order to purchase one. Sales will be on a first come, first served basis as supplies are limited. (email@example.com)
We are excited to announce that our Middle School Select Choirs, Amplified and Surround Sound are singing at a Red Wings game on Friday, June 14th. The game starts at 7:05pm. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from either Mrs. Elise Camp or Ms. Jean-Marie Carroll. Please, CASH ONLY! This is always so much fun and we hope that you will join us! Students and families are always encouraged to attend afternoon/evening events. These include sporting events, concerts and plays/musicals. Middle school students attending these events are required to have parent/guardian supervision during the events. Students are not permitted to stay after school to wait for an afternoon /evening event to begin.
BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION - Please continue to save your box tops! Box tops may be dropped off to Mrs. Tavernese in the Main Office by door 20, the house offices or in your student's focus room. Funds earned through this program are used to purchase classroom supplies, offset cost of field trips and fund school agendas. Thank you for your support!

This will allow you the flexibility to edit and update your own alert subscriptions and contact information. Please follow this link to the BrightArrow Portal Login
and select “Register New User.” You will be asked to input any email addresses or cell phone numbers where you would like to receive alerts and updates, and select each group from whom you would like to receive messages. Please note that building-level information and/or daily announcements will be sent from your building’s General Info Alerts list. You will use this same BrightArrow link anytime you want to make changes to your contact information or subscriptions. This link is also posted on our district website under Subscribe to eNews. Please note that if you do opt to receive text messages they will come from a phone number you do not recognize. Each message will begin by stating which group or building is texting you. In addition, text messages from each group in our system will come from the same phone number. Please keep this in mind when saving the number to your contacts.
