Literacy and Numeracy Volunteers

Make a Difference: Become a Literacy and Numeracy Volunteer!

Churchville-Chili Central School District is looking for parents, guardians, grandparents, and community friends to support our students in reading and math. By giving just a little time each week, you can provide the extra hands teachers need and the extra skill-building practice students thrive on.

Target Grades:

  • UPK through Grade 4 (at CRS, CES, and FRS)
  • Grades 5–6 (at the Middle School)

Training:

Required literacy training takes place in September, with school placements following shortly after.

How Placements Work:

Placements are made based on your availability and teacher needs (volunteers are not guaranteed placement in their own child’s classroom).
