CCCSD is now using MessagesXR for messaging!

We are excited to share that CCCSD is currently in the process of moving to a new mass messaging tool called Messages XR that will allow the district to communicate with families and community members through email and phone calls. As we transition to our new Messages XR platform, eNews will no longer be available.

As we transition to this new system, we will be conducting a notification test to ensure contact information is correct. If you are not receiving messages from CCCSD, please contact June Mead in Registrar at 293-1800 ext. 2041 or registrar@cccsd.org to update your information within Infinite Campus. You can also update contact information under Contact Preferences in the Parent Portal app. To update within Parent Portal, you will log into your account, click on the account information icon in the top right of the screen, then select "Settings" followed by "Contact Preferences." Once within Contact Preferences, you will be able to update your phone number and email address. 

• Robocalls will still be used for urgent information, including closings and other emergencies. 

• Emails will be used regularly for district wide updates, as well as building and organizational messages.

Messages will no longer be based on an opt-in system. You will now receive all district wide messages, as well as messages pertaining to your student’s school. There will be an option to select distribution lists, such as superintendent updates, music boosters, sports boosters and more. To determine which distribution lists you would like to receive, you can view “Messages” below and select the bell icon to subscribe. Please note: If you choose to opt out of all messaging through our distribution lists, you WILL still receive urgent messages from the system, such as school closings.

Our new system has the capability to translate messages, allowing us to share information in your preferred language. To update your preferred language, you will need to update that information by calling our Registrar or within the Parent Portal.
