MS Picture Day Order Form

UPDATE 10/22:

Picture make up day will take place Wednesday, October 30. 

If you would like your child's picture retaken, please follow these important steps:

1. On make up day - Send your child to school with the original package and all prints. If just a digital image, please bring your invoice. 

2. Write on the outside what you don't like about the photographs. 

3. If you would like the background changed, please include $15, background color and your package will be replaced with the new background. 

Your original image and package will not be available after makeup day.

Your child will be photographed and your package will be replaced at no cost and delivered. 

NOTE: You must return your package on makeup picture day or additional fees will apply to replace with a new pacakge.

Middle School picture days this year are scheduled for Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19, with picture make-up day on Wednesday, October 30. 

Please see the order form linked below for more information and to place your order. Orders can be placed by credit card online using the school code or by returning payment alongside the order form on picture day.
