Cinderella: Enchanted Edition shines at Stars of Tomorrow
Each Spring since 1999 the Star of Tomorrow recognizes local production using trained/qualified adjudicators. This year, our CCCSD students shined!
Not only were they able to perform on the RBTL West-Herr Auditorium stage, but they also swept the awards by earning Excellence in every category - Choreography, Acting, Vocal Ensemble, Production Crew, Student Orchestra, Production Design, and Theatrical Storytelling.
In addition, the following students were recognized for Achievement in Performance in Leading Roles:
- Mady Ciravolo (Cinderella)
- Mady Pier (Fairy Godmother)
- Nicco Lupiani (Prince Christopher)
Cinderella: Enchanted Edition also received the Showstopper Award for being one of the Top Productions for Large Schools in the Greater Rochester area, of which 50 schools participated this year.
Another congratulations to the cast/crew and a special recognition to the production team - Rita Pencille, Erin Fischer, Marissa Tucker, Melinda Pier, Jane Huffer, Brittany Valente, Rita Tucker, Dan Fischer and Angela Sushko.
