Director of Fine Arts appointed

The Churchville-Chili Central School District would like to announce the selection of the new Director of Fine Arts, Danielle Rodgers, who was appointed at the May 26, 2026, Board of Education meeting.

Danielle, who is currently an Assistant Principal in the Cheektowaga-Solan Union Free School District, brings more than twenty years of educational experience to the Churchville-Chili Central School District. She has taught music at the middle school and high school levels, served as the vice president and president-elect for the Genesee-Wyoming Music Educators Association, served as a conductor for various choral ensembles, and served as an adjudicator for the New York State School Music Association.

She received her Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Canisius College, her Master of Music in Music Education from Ithaca College and her Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Crane School of Music.

“We are excited to welcome Danielle Rodgers as our Director of Fine Arts,” says Superintendent Peluso. “Throughout the interview process, it was clear that her strong background in music education and leadership, along with her passion for the arts, will enrich opportunities for our students and strengthen our overall program.”

She will begin in her role on July 1, 2026.
