CES students write a book!

Second graders in Miss Dowd's class at CES are now authors!

During their writing unit on opinion writing, the students wrote pieces detailing what they love about their school. Students also created illustrations to accompany their stories. The stories were then collected and published in a book titled Reasons Why We Love Our Schools. Copies of the book were shared with families and donated to the CES library.

Students celebrated their accomplishment during a class read-aloud with Mrs. Daly and Mrs. Giancursio.
