Chestnut Ridge Elementary

Message from Mrs. Hale - November 18, 2020

Good Morning,

This is principal, Kim Hale, calling on Nov. 1with a few quick reminders.

Parents of full remote students – we ask that you stop by the front of CRS today from 11:00-2:00 or Friday between 9:00-12:00 to pick up the many items we have for your child.  We have school pictures, art supplies, learning materials from your child’s teachers, & Heart Challenge prizes from last Spring.  If you are unable to make one of these times, please call the main office at 889-2188 to set up a time to pick up your child’s materials.

Our COVID testing began at CRS yesterday and went very smoothly.  The parents of any student who was tested received a phone call yesterday afternoon with their child’s results.  As a reminder, students in grade 3 & 4 have received an orange consent form for COVID 19 testing – we ask that parents sign & return the form when your child returns to school.  This week we are sending the form home with 2nd graders.

Parent conference day is Friday, 11/18.  If you have not yet signed up for a conference time with your child’s teacher – please email or call them.

Stay safe & thank you for your continued support!
