We are ready and looking forward to seeing your children in-person or online tomorrow! Each principal has prepared and scheduled a school message via InstantConnect that you should have received earlier this afternoon or evening.
As you begin your day tomorrow, please keep in mind that a health attestation should be submitted for each child. Our preference is for you to use the PikMyKid App. You will need to download the app on your smartphone and register with a cellphone number. This number must be the same number that the district has on file in Infinite Campus as it is how we identify you and your children in the app. The Pikmykid app information and directions can be found here. Each morning, please log in and attest the condition of your child’s health. If you do not have a smartphone and need an alternate way to complete the attestation, please use one of the Google Forms listed on this web page specific to your child’s building for each child.
For the first few weeks of school our nurses will be completing random temperature checks throughout the district. Regardless of the health form completion, your child may still be a participant in random temperature checks. Please understand that we are relying upon each parent to complete the health survey. Each day your child comes to school, we know that you are attesting that your child is healthy. More than ever, if your child is not feeling well, please keep them home and have them log-in to their classes remotely for the day.
If your child is a full remote learner or in the Saints A group and you have not yet picked up a chromebook, please call the main office of your child’s school to schedule an appointment to do so.
If you have any IT questions or concerns, our technology department is available for support with extended hours. They will be covering the phone and email until 7 p.m. Monday through Thursdays and until 4 pm on Fridays. The tech helpline is 293-1800 extension 3200 or [email protected].
This year will be different for all of us. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support as we start the official beginning of our 2020 school year tomorrow, September 10. We anticipate more traffic than normal with additional families dropping their children off at arrival and picking them up at dismissal at each building. Please be patient with us as we learn these new routines and maintain the utmost safety in the process. You may want to anticipate additional wait time during arrival and dismissal, especially during the first few weeks.
In closing, we have multiple ways of reaching us by phone or email helplines. Please use the additional information below to assist with communication.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we begin our reopening of school.
