Health Physical Education Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Churchville-Chili Physical Education program is to prepare and empower our students to value and engage in regular lifelong physical activity as a foundation for a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Physical Education is a sequential program which will help students acquire and refine skills. It is viewed as an integral part of our student’s day and is a valuable component of a well rounded education with an emphasis on health and wellness.

Our program is based on skill development, the acquisition of knowledge and the participation in activities which are undertaken in an active, student centered, non threatening environment in which students are challenged to do their best and develop a foundation of healthy lifelong habits.
