Hello friends and families of Chestnut Ridge! Welcome to The Chestnut Ridge School Counselor's Corner, a website that will give you information on school counseling services and helpful resources.

A little bit about me:

My name is Mrs. Ball, and I am the School Counselor at Chestnut Ridge. I grew up around Buffalo and currently live in Brighton with my husband and our dog- a cockapoo named Maizie- who is a Certified Therapy Dog! 

I recieved my Bachelor's Degree from Geneseo in 2006 in Psychology, and my Master's Degree from Brockport in 2009 in Education with a concentration in School Counseling. Currently, I am finishing up my Certificate of Advanced Study at Brockport.  Some of my hobbies are running, scrapbooking, and gardening. I absolutely love working with young children- they always brighten my day and make what I do so worthwhile!
