Churchville-Chili Central School District is once again gearing up for its annual kindergarten registration.  Children must be 5 years old by December 1, 2013 to be eligible for enrollment into Kindergarten in September 2013.  You must register your child at the Elementary school that he/she will be attending during the following dates and times:

Monday, March 11 – Tuesday, March 12 for those who will be attending Fairbanks Road Elementary School.  Hours for registration: 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Monday,  March 18 – Tuesday, March 19 for those who will be attending Churchville Elementary School.  Hours for registration: 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

Monday, March 25 – Tuesday, March 26 for those who will be attending Chestnut Ridge Elementary.  Hours for registration: 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.

No appointment is necessary. If you cannot attend the open enrollment, you may mail your registrations to the Central Office, 139 Fairbanks Rd., Churchville, NY  14428, Attn: Kindergarten Registration, AFTER APRIL 1st. Do not send registration forms to school with your older siblings as they will not be processed.

Kindergarten registration packets will be mailed home around the end of January, 2013.  If you have not received a kindergarten registration packet in the mail by the mid-February, of if you have any questions regarding open enrollment you may contact the registrar at 293-1800, ext. 2041.
